So many yoga teachers are afraid to make mistakes in class. We’re conditioned to think that a mistake means that we’re not a good teacher. Of course that conditioning isn’t just a yoga teacher thing. That’s the programming from a world that focuses on perfection, where we’re taught in learning environments that don’t acknowledge the very normal process of getting things “wrong” in the process of learning.
