Seated DB Shoulder Press reverse pyramid style is one of my favorite ways to build the shoulders. Warm up for a couple sets and then start with your heaviest set first for 5-8 reps. Drop the weight about 10% and go for another 5-8 reps. Can do anywhere between 2-4 sets. Progress on this movement by getting one more rep until you can do 8 reps for all sets.
